Baptism
Baptisms are done during the weekend masses or by special appointment.

It may be required that you take a pre-baptismal class.  If so, this class must be completed before the date of baptism.

After your child is born, please call the Parish Office, (612) 379-2324, to make arrangements for the Baptism.

Sponsors should be carefully selected for their qualities and capabilities as persons who will faithfully discharge the duties of Godparents.  At least one of the Godparents must be a Confirmed, practicing Catholic at least 16 years of age.  When their strength allows, infants who have been Baptized in an emergency should be brought to the church for the full ceremonies of solemn Baptism.  Please call the parish office to make arrangements. Engaged couples should call the parish office at least nine months prior to the proposed wedding date.  Classes and other preparation activities will be set up with the pastor. RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults
